LED vs. LCD lighting

LED lighting being used in all sectors of lighting, right from street and residential lighting's to digital technologies like televisions, watches and calculators. Televisions nowadays have a wide array of options to choose from although the LED and LCD ones are the most preferred options. LED televisions are basically LCD’s that differ in the background lighting. LCD televisions use a cold cathode fluorescent lamp for the back lighting. LED televisions on the other hand use the standard LED’s. the LED lighting is available in two variants; either Dynamic RGB LED or Edge LED Dynamic LED has a higher contrast ratio while Edge LED make use of a special panel that allows uniform color range and also make the television thin.
