LED lighting

LED is the acronym for light emitting diode. These lights are very small, long lasting and draw very little power. Another advantage is that they are very bright and they have replaced most of the conventional light bulbs in traffic signals as they can be seen from a very long distance. LED flashlights have replaced usual cell torches as they can be recharged and retain their charge for a long time. LED lightings have become a major part of our lives since their invention. These lights are also used in the medical field in incubators and operating theatres across the world.
