Solar based LED’s

LED’s have been in constant demand because they are highly efficient and economical at the same time. Most of the street lights in all the major cities around the world use LED technology. Advances in research and development have shown that LED’s can be combined with the concept of solar energy to produce solar based LED’s. These LED’s run on the solar energy trapped during the entire day making them highly useful as the cost on energy usage reduces drastically. Moreover with the sun being a non conventional energy source, this energy can be constantly replenished and made available for a limited number of hours at night.
